Eleven years ago, I never pictured myself running two clinics with a team of twelve beside me. My journey into laser started with something deeply personal - I struggled with unwanted hair for years, and I know first-hand how much it can chip away at your confidence. When I finally discovered laser hair removal, it genuinely changed how I felt about myself. And from that moment, I knew I wanted to help other people feel that way too.

So I trained, I qualified, and I started out on my own - just me, one machine, and a lot of determination. Bit by bit, it grew. Today, The Laser Base is two thriving clinics in Manchester and Harrogate, with nine brilliant people on the team - and we're still growing.

What I'm proudest of isn't the numbers, though. It's that everyone here shares the same passion I do: helping people feel comfortable in their own skin. That's what makes this feel like so much more than a job.

Now, after more than a decade in the industry, I want to pass that on. The Laser Base Training Academy is my way of opening the door for the next generation of laser technicians - sharing everything I've learned building an experienced, top-rated business from the ground up.
